Land

The property is a 26-acre woodland located in the Hamps Valley, adjoining the Manifold Trail and approximately a mile north of Waterhouses. The land is a Site of Special Scientific Interest (SSSI) with mixed native trees and shrubs, diverse flora, and two areas of grazing. The land is surrounded by the Manifold Trail and River Hamps, accessed via the trail. There are no rights of way, wayleaves, or easements crossing the land.
